This project explores ways of reinterpreting the iconic IKEA FADO lamp through a series of modular lamp stand designs. Inspired by the lamp’s timeless spherical form and soft ambient qualities, the project investigates how simple structural additions can transform the object’s presence while preserving the integrity of the original design.

Using Rhino 7, I developed a collection of experimental 3D models focused on proportion, materiality, and spatial balance. The outcome is a series of accessible and adaptable concepts that elevate the familiar FADO lamp into a more sculptural and expressive interior object.
